Performances 2011-2012

FALL 2011

September 11: Soloist in Mozart's Requiem with Tucson Symphony Orchestra and Tucson Chamber Artists. Special September 11th anniversary concert, also featuring a world premiere by Stephen Paulus.

September 23-25: concerts with Sarasa Chamber Music Ensemble and Kristen Watson, the other soprano half of Les Sirènes, in the Boston area and Brattleboro, VT.

October 19-23: Seraphic Fire's season opener, Renaissance Masters, with concerts in Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and Boca Raton, FL.

November 20-22: Soloist with the Winston-Salem Symphony in performances of Bach's St. John Passion.

December 3-4: Return to the Winston-Salem Symphony as soprano soloist in the Vivaldi Gloria.

December 10-11: Soprano soloist in the Choral Society of Durham's performances of Bach's Christmas Oratorio in Duke Chapel.

December 18-24: For the 4th year Kathryn returns to Santa Fe as soloist in Santa Fe Pro Musica's Baroque Christmas concerts in the Loretto Chapel.

SPRING 2012

January 5: Kathryn's soprano duo Les Sirènes (with soprano Kristen Watson, harpsichordist Michael Sponseller, and cellist Cora Swenson) performs on Trinity Wall Street's Concerts at One series in New York City.

January 11-17: Concerts and recording with Miami's Seraphic Fire to celebrate Seraphic Fire's 10th Anniversary season. Music from Billings to recent commissions by Seraphic Fire.

February 10-12: Bach's B Minor Mass with Seraphic Fire. Concerts in Coral Gables, Ft. Lauderdale, and Boca Raton.

February 17-19: Brahms Ein Deutsches Requiem with Tucson Chamber Artists.

March 28: Again this year, Kathryn will sing opera arias and duets on the gala fundraiser for Seraphic Fire's educational arm, the Miami Choral Academy.

April 21-22: Solo cantatas and arias with Albuquerque Baroque Players.

May 4-7: Debut with American Bach Soloists in San Francisco: soloist and ensemble in Bach's Easter Oratorio and Cantatas 4 and 80.

June 4-5: Brahms Requiem with Seraphic Fire and the Professional Choral Institute. Performances in Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale.

June 11-12: Singing Belinda in Purcell's opera Dido and Aeneas with Bach Collegium San Diego.

July 11-30: Kathryn will be one of 4 Adams Fellows at the Carmel Bach Festival, singing in master classes, the Vocal Master Class Showcase concert, and performances with the Festival Chorale.
